What is Managed Payroll?
Managed Payroll involves outsourcing the administrative aspects of payroll management to PayrollServe. This includes payroll calculation, statutory contributions like CPF, pay slip provision and year-end IR8A submission.
What system is used to manage payroll? Can PayrollServe work with our preferred system?
PayrollServe primarily uses our proprietary PayDay! HRMS for efficient and reliable payroll administration. However, we can assess the possibility of using your preferred system, depending on its accessibility and usability. Further evaluation will be required.
What is Managed Payment Service?
Managed Payment Service facilitates salary and statutory fund disbursements after payroll processing. We request a lump-sum transfer from the client to our in-trust account each month to make the necessary disbursements. PayrollServe holds the MAS Payment Service License, allowing us to deliver this service securely and reliably.
Can Managed Payment Service handle payments to other invoices (e.g. Office Rental, IT services)?
Managed Payment Service is exclusively for payroll and payroll-related statutory payments. We do not process non-payroll invoices.
What is Managed Leave?
Managed Leave involves outsourcing the administrative aspects of leave management to PayrollServe. This includes assigning leave profile to new employees, updating approval routes, processing unpaid leave (if any) for payroll integration. While we handle the backend, your team remains in control of leave approval decisions.
How can employees request leave through Managed Leave?
Employees can use the same login credentials as their payslips to access our Employee Self-Service (ESS) App, which is mobile-responsive. Leave requests are submitted through the app and routed for approval based on your pre-configured workflow. The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
What is Managed Claim?
Managed Claim involves outsourcing the administrative aspects of claims management to PayrollServe. This includes assigning claims profile and budgets to new employees, updating approval routes, and processing approved claims for payroll disbursement, while you retain control of approvals.
Does Managed Claim help to manage employee welfare and benefits budget effectively?
Yes, our claims module can enforce fixed budgets for each item. If an employee attempts to exceed the allocated budget, the system will automatically notify them and restrict the submission. Additionally, we provide detailed claims reports, giving your management the tools to monitor and control expenses effectively.
