Charities Capability Fund (CCF)
The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) introduced the CCF Grant to empower exempt, registered charities, and Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) by enhancing their productivity, governance, and operational efficiency.
CCF Shared Services Grant
Streamline back-end operations by outsourcing corporate functions like payroll, finance, HR, and IT to third-party service providers. The grant supports up to 50% of monthly charges in the first year and 25% in the second year, capped at $30,000 over 5 years.
CCF ICT Grant (Category B)
Adopt digital solutions such as a Human Resource Management System or other tech initiatives to boost productivity and operational efficiency. The grant covers up to 80% of costs in the first year, and 50% for the second and third year, capped at $40,000 over 5 years.
Tech-and-Go! Start Digital Funding
Administered by the National Council of Social Services (NCSS), this funding helps Social Service Agencies (SSAs) to adopt technology and consultancy services to drive greater operational efficiency.
Funding Coverage
Receive up to 80% of eligible project costs covered for technology adoption, empowering SSAs to modernise operations and better serve their communities.
NTUC Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant
The NTUC e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) introduced the CTC Grant to help organisations enhance their workforce capabilities and business performance through training and development initiatives.
Funding Coverage
Access up to 70% of qualifying costs for projects focused on workforce upskilling, productivity improvements, and sustainable transformation efforts.
Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)
Enterprise Singapore’s EDG supports projects aimed at helping businesses upgrade, innovate, grow and transform through consultancy, technology, and manpower initiatives.
Funding Coverage
Funding is available for projects under 3 categories: Core Capabilities, Innovation and Productivity, and Market Access. Eligible businesses can claim up to 50% of qualifying costs for SMEs and 30% of qualifying costs for non-SMEs.
